In November 2024, Navya, French leader in autonomous mobility, gathered 150 employees aboard L'Atlantide to celebrate the year-end. A corporate party with a bespoke set design in the brand's colours.
When an innovative tech company wants to mark the occasion with its teams, a boat provides a rare setting that showcases company culture and strengthens cohesion.
Hosting a year-end party for 150 guests in Paris in a tech setting calls for specific codes: contemporary design, signature lighting, activations that resonate with engineering and data profiles, and tight timing to respect the teams' packed diaries.
L'Atlantide, with its generous capacity and modern design, was the right showcase for a company positioned on innovation.
The event featured a fully bespoke set design: signage in Navya's colours, video mapping projected onto the walls, signature lighting and tailor-made activations on the theme of innovation and the mobility of the future. A cocktail reception designed with a contemporary culinary vision.
The aim: to turn a year-end party into a company culture moment that strengthens a sense of belonging.
Bateaux Seine managed the private hire of L'Atlantide, the technical production (video mapping, professional sound, staged lighting), the caterer coordination and the running order of the evening (cocktail reception, CEO address, dinner, dancefloor).
A boat for a tech corporate party in Paris delivers everything engineering and product teams look for: an original setting (the first criterion for profiles accustomed to design-led open spaces), modularity (indoor lounge and outdoor terrace, standing and seated), the ability to host an ambitious set design (mapping, lighting, professional sound) and simple logistics.
