What is the maximum capacity for a corporate evening on a boat?

Our fleet accommodates 20 to 450 guests depending on the boat chosen for private hire. Le Jardin sur Seine is our largest boat and welcomes up to 450 guests for a cocktail reception.

How much does it cost to privately hire a boat for a corporate event?

The price depends on the boat, the number of guests, the format and the season. Expect from EUR 5,000 (excl. VAT) for an intimate evening to EUR 50,000 (excl. VAT) for a large-scale, fully designed event. Bespoke quote within 24 hours.

Can we cruise during the evening?

Yes, most of our boats can cruise during the event. Some remain moored at the quay to streamline logistics. We adapt to suit your project.

Do you provide catering?

We work with a panel of carefully selected partner caterers (French, Mediterranean, fusion and Asian cuisine). You may choose from our list or propose your own approved caterer.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 6 to 12 weeks before the event. For peak periods (June, September, December), book 4 to 6 months in advance.
