In June 2026, Ayming, Europe's leading corporate performance consultancy (innovation, R&D taxation, human capital), privately hired the Rivage to celebrate its 40th anniversary with 150 employees and partners. A summer party set within a guided cruise on the Seine, at the heart of monumental Paris.
Boarding at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, sailing past the Musée d'Orsay and Notre-Dame: a heritage-led narrative worthy of an anniversary that marks the history of an international group.

Hosting a 40th anniversary corporate party for 150 guests in Paris calls for two things: a setting that symbolically anchors the milestone, and a seamless experience for guests travelling from across Europe. Rivage, sailing between the Parisian bridges, delivers both: boarding at the Port de Grenelle facing the Eiffel Tower, a guided cruise along the riverbanks, and a return to the point of departure after a loop past the emblematic monuments.
Its 150-guest cocktail capacity matched the Ayming headcount in France together with the international partners in attendance perfectly. The panoramic glazing of the upper deck preserved the visual experience despite the cloudy weather on the day.
The cocktail reception format was chosen to encourage flowing conversation between the internal teams and external guests. Live culinary stations, a selection of premium champagnes, and evening platters served during the cruise. The boat's modular layout allowed three distinct zones: the Ayming leadership address on the forward deck, the main reception inside, and a photo area on the aft deck.
The direct views of the Eiffel Tower at boarding, followed by Notre-Dame and the Musée d'Orsay while sailing, created a memorable signature that is hard to replicate in a static venue.
Bateaux Seine supported Ayming on the full private hire of Rivage under way, the event catering coordination, the welcome logistics (boarding register, cloakroom), the management of the cruise timing in relation to the speeches, and the audiovisual production (multi-zone sound reinforcement for the speeches, official photographer).
Choosing a private cruise to celebrate a corporate anniversary in Paris brings immediate perceived value: a distinctive setting that departs from the traditional hotel or restaurant, a heritage route that creates an unforgettable shared experience, controlled intimacy (a single group on board), premium service and streamlined logistics. For a headcount of 150 guests combining internal teams and VIP guests, the cruise format delivers what no static venue can offer: movement, a journey, a loop that structures the evening in three acts (boarding, sailing, disembarking).
